• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included in our prices.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the room can be settled on arrival but all extras need to settled upon departure.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Russian, Finish, Estonian and German.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, there is 1 elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms overlooking the inner court are especially quiet.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of the rooms are non smoking.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have high speed Internet access, both wireless and wired. In addition, there is a business center outside the hotel close to our house.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is located just in the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the nearby rent a car center. Our reception is happy to help you if you need further info!
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Main Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are by arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can as adviced above.
