• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price, adn we propose a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, for the room rate. Incidentals on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French, Greek, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located on 5 floors, there are one elevator in each building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  A few rooms facing the court are especially quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  A few rooms/apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of the rooms/apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but we have ventilators.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have wireless Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car parking is available for a special rate in the nearby
  Fina-Parkhaus (two minute walking distance).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the nearby located car rent
