Cancellation is free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to arrival date; however, if the cancellation is made later or the guests do not show-up we have to charge 100 %.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
