| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations are accepted till 6 pm the day prior to the planned check- in without penalty. Late cancellations result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 overnight stay. Exceptions: To avoid fee of full stay incl. tax, reservations in year 2009 during the following periods must be cancelled 14 days prior: 19.02-23.02/11.03-17.03/14.06-18.06/19.09-09.10/13.10- 15.10/19.10-23.10/27.11-06.12/30.12-01.01.2010. 4 weeks prior: 31.01-04.02/11.05-15.05/ 21.05-24.05/13.09-19.09/09.11- 13.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
