• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

  Yes, Continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks Portuguese English, Spanish, French, All nordic Languages, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, rooms have their own terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning: it is free and always available.

  Yes, in all common areas there is WI-Fi service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor. They are open from 09.30 a.m. until 21.00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free and private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Faro Airport or you can ask at our front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are supermarkets and store within a 50 meters range.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Faro International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can provide.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Portimao.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a complete fitness with Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath, indoor pool, Massage(on request) and Solarium.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are two restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
