  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.

  Yes, we have buffet breakfast and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Chinese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, private and romatic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some of our rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have lobby with Internet point, you can use it at extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage but it is at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is National Brussels Airport in Zaventem.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Gare du Midi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a fitness centre in our hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, you have to hire a modem at extra charge.
