If the reservation is cancelled two or more days prior to arrival, no penalties are applied. If the reservation is cancelled one day prior to arrival, one day will be charged. In case of No Show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
