• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.

  Price is per apartment or per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included in the price. It is buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are no lifts. The apartaments are either on the ground floor or the firts floor. All public areas are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms in villa 1 are specially quiet, you just listen the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some apartaments have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartments on the first floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms and apartments have satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, it is available all year and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are: 1 indoor pool and 1 outdoor pool for adults and 1 outdoor pool for children, open all year around.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is private and free parking next to the apartments.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Faro airport or you can ask to the reception staff.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, thre are grocery stores, 500 metres away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest is International Faro Airport, 90 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest is Lagos railway station (3 km away).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is an health club with gym, jacuzzi and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
