At least 24h prior date of arrival or one night stay will be charged in the credit card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre- authorise credit cards prior to arrival. For the prepaid non refundabletypologies,the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of reservation. The reservation cannot be modified nor cancelled.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
