• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 3pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental buffet breakfast is included only in double room accomodation.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception our staff speaks Portuguese, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet and private. There is also a very romantic room (1816).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is a satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is free air conditioning during all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do in the Bar area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, thre are five swimming pools and they are always open from 8.00am to 08.00pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Faro Airport, at Lagos station ar at reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are at about 300 mt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Faro International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Lagos.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry, there is not. There are only massage services.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
