If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. EXCEPT: 28.1.-1.2.12; 16.-20.04.12; 6.-11.5.12; 19.5.12; 21.-25.5.12; 12.-15.6.12; 24.-29.8.12; 15.-21.9.12; 21.9.-7.10.12; 7.-10.10.12; 22.-25.10.12; 12.-16.11.12. For this dates free cancellation only up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled later, the total amount will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
