• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Of Course, to get an Austrian feeling, you have to start the day in our cosy Bauenrstube!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Sure! If you need more heating, then just tell anybody of us!
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you wish, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  It depends on who of us is sitting there: We all speak German and good English. My wife loves to talk French, and we understand a little of Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are a house of the 17th century, so there is no possibilty to built a lift, but we help you carring your suitcase or wheelchair up to the 3rd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms looks different.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Of course! You get them from us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One apartment has got a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but you won´t need any balcony, if you see get to know our Garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, the rooms have also I-net!
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in most of the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but as Haus Wartenberg is a very old building, the walls are very thick, you won´t feel the heat so very much.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining table.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point and also a fax.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Close to our Hotel there is a big pool. Open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Only 10 driving min from Haus Wartenberg! It is very easy to reach!
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No not officially, but we are pleased to give a drive for you!
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Only 20 min by bus Nr. 1 directly!
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have a beauty Salon close by, and there is also Holmes Place within Walking distance.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a very good one.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have got W-Lan in the rooms.
