• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates apply per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We serve a combination of Continental and Buffet breakfast.
  The price is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have guestrooms on 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms facing the street, the outer yard and the inner yard. The rooms are furnished nicely old-fashioned.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  A few of the rooms do have a balcony. Reservations are only possible on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Reservations are only possible on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with a telephone with direct dialling line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but all rooms are equipped with W-LAN for those guests who bring their own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available upon request (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The distance to Tegel Airport is app. 6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but by public bus number 109 you can easily reach our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, approx 1,2 km far from our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but only on request (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can (wireless access).
