• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Please note that unlike many hotels in Germany, our rate DO NOT include breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but all extras need to be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors including the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms on the back side are maybe quieter.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do please ask upon reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is cable television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have parking - there is public parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the main station at only 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport at 12 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Main Train Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra cost).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, we only serve breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
