• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included to our rates.
  We serve a hot buffet enjoy also our special "Salzburg Breakfast Corner".
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the billupon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We provide non smoking rooms and smoking rooms as well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room provides free satellite TV as well as house movies like "Sound of Musik" or Mozart 24h a day!
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct dialling phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air-conditionning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a public Web Terminal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask at the front desk for details.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  W.A. Mozart Aiport is about 8 kms far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but you can get directly by bus no. 2 to the main railwaystation. From there it's a 2 min. walk to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salzburg Hauptbanhof is the main railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Restaurant "zum 3 Genuss" (3 Enjoyments) with Austrian, Italian and Indian dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wifi connection available in each room, in the lobby and the restaurant at an extra charge.
