How To Reach Us

By plane: The Aeroporto Francisco Sa Carneiro in Porto is the nearest to the hotel, and you can easily reach your room by public transport taking the subway up to Trindade station, a stop only 3 blocks from the Hotel Dom Henrique. The air terminal is placed 13 kilometres to the north on the city, at a location called Maia, and it receives flights from other countries in Europe, such as France and Great Britain, as well as connections form Lisbon.

By car: From the Airport you will have around 16 kilometres up to the hotel (approximately 20 minutes driving). Get on the Avenida do Aeroporto and then continue along the N107 motorway. After you pass Perafita, turn right into Rua de Joaquim Alves da Silva. Next, get on the IC1 towards "Porto/ Matosinhos" and drive around 9 kilometres, entering the city of Porto. Continue along Avenida de Sidónio Pais and then Rua de 5 de Outobro. You will reach a roundabout, Praça De Mousinho De Albuquerque, where you must take the fifth exit into Avenida da Boavista. Turn right at Rua de Ricardo Severo and then left into Largo Da Paz. Continue along the street Rua de Joaquim de Vasconcelos and next, take your right into Praça de Pedro Nunes. Keep straight along Largo do Priorado, then Rua de Sacadura Cabral, Rua de Alvarez Cabral, Praça da República and Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão. Turn right into Rua do Bonjardim, left into Largo do Doctor Tito Fontes and finally, left into Rua de Guedes de Azevedo. The Hotel Dom Henrique will come into view at the corner of this street and Rua do Bolhão: it will be easy to identify due its height.

By metro/bus: At the Porto Airport, you may take the red line or line B of the metro network, which reaches this terminal and goes into the city. These services leave every 10 or 15 minutes. You must get off at Trindade Station, a stop that connects to four other lines in the subway system: from here, go along Rua do Alferes Malheiro, turn left at Rua do Bonjardim and then right into Rua Guedes de Azevedo. You will see the high-rise structure of the hotel at the intersection with Rua do Bolhão.

Otherwise, there are bus services going from the airport to the centre of Porto: the service "Aerobus" stops at the main hotels, getting to De los Aliados Avenue in 40 minutes. From this point you may get on the metro at Aliados station (in the direction Hospital San João) and get off at the first stop, which is also Trindade.
