• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but you need to settle all extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one elevator to the 5th floor and the building has 6 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms on the backyard are particularly quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The suites have a large balcony-terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have (on request).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have (on request).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not in the rooms, fans are on request. There is air conditioning in the lobby, restaurant and breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Frankfurt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Sued station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra cost).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a wonderful restaurant with an impressive wine cellar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We have also WiFi in all rooms.
