• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, Italian, French, Russian, Romanian and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 7 floors (elevator available).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Cable TV is available in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air-conditioning in the rooms. All rooms have heaters working in the winter season and fans available in summer season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet terminal in the hotel. It is available 24 hours a day and free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking is available near by (extra charge). Parking in the street is free of charge all day long on Saturday & Sunday and from Monday to Friday between 7 pm and 8 am as well.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the central train station (circa 100 meters far away).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Central station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
