How To Reach Us

By plane: The main airport serving Slovenia is the one at Ljubljana (in fact, it is located in the outskirts of the city, within Brnik), 134 kilometres from Rogaška Slatina. This terminal welcomes flights coming from London, Vienna, Frankfurt and many other destinies in Europe, and is easily connected to the capital city of Slovenia by bus, taxi or train.

By car: From the airport in Ljubljana, go along road 639 and turn right. A few minutes later you will be entering the town of Vodice, and here what you must do is continue along 639 and turn right in 413. Next, veer left into motorway E61/A2, pass through Ljubljana and once out of it take highway H3 towards "Gradec/ Graz/ Maribor/ Celje/ Ljubljana-Sneberje". Drive along A1 for 75 kilometres and get off it at the exit Dramlje, which leads to another town called Sentjur. Afterwadard turn left into road 107 and right into 685: you will pass the town of Tekacevo before reaching Rogaška Slatina, where you must head to the main square, and Hotel Styria and Strossmayer are really easy to find, right on the main promenade. (This journey takes around 2 hours).

By train: The air terminal in Ljubljana is easily connected to the centre of the city by bus and you can purchase the ticket on them or at the bus station (they work every hour -except at night- and you will find services that take around 45 minutes to get to downtown). Otherwise, your itinerary may end in the central railway station and continue on a train to Rogaška: these connections take around 2 hours 20 minutes, with a change of trains at a town named Celje. Bear in mind that there other spots near Slovenia where you can land and then connect to Ljubljana by train: for example, Trieste in Italy is only 300 kilometres away and you will find railway connections from Venice to the capital of Slovenia (4 hours); or from Zagreb in Croatia, trains depart to Ljubljana on a regular basis (2 hours and a half).
