• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settle any time.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can comunicate in German, English, Italien and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms in 5 floors you will reach with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We also dispose of very quiet rooms facing the back side of the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The roms do not have a balcony
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have cable TV with CNN and BBC.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, the rooms do not have a phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air-conditioning. Usually in our area you will not need for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is wireless available and a e-mail point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage near the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will help to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Salzburg-Mozart is about 4 km
  München Airport is about 160 km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, public bus number 2 goes to the Mirabellplatz and then you walk 200 meters to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hauptbahnhof Salzburg is within 500 meters distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we do have wireless connection.
