The mandatory final cleaning fee is not included and costs EUR 55,00 (for the 2-room apartment) or EUR 75,00 (for the 3-room apartment). Parking is included in the price. Garage parking is subject to an overnight charge of EUR 8,00. Transfer service from/to the train station is free of charge between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., while it incurs in a small charge from then on. Shuttle service from/to Salzburg Airport costs: EUR 110,00 for up to 3 passengers (one way), and EUR 130,00 for more passengers (one way). Shuttle service from/to Munich Airport costs: EUR 230,00 for up to 3 passengers (one way), and EUR 250,00 for more passengers (one way). Bikes are available free of charge. Stay of pets is not included in the price and costs between EUR 5,00 and EUR 20,00 without fodder per day, depending on the size. Acces to the heated thermal swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, heated outdoor pool and gym, is not included in the price. Access to the Mini Club is not included in the price. Bicycle and segway rental is not included in the price. Use of the wireless Internet access is included in the price. Use of the Internet point is included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation prior to 10 days before sheduled arrival date: no charge. Cancellation 103 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 50% of booked arrangement. Cancellation 3 days or less prior to sheduled arrival date: 80% of booked arrangement. Early departure: 80% of the room price.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 240 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
