• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we'd rather actually you pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors, we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have 70% of our rooms overlooking the inner court that are quieter.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, most of the rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please ask on reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have SAT-TV and Pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialing phone. Please note that there are local/domestic and long-distance phone calls are FREE and UNLIMITED, except on mobile phones, information phone numbers as well as special phone-numbers i.e. 0190 and 0180 phone numbers.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have, we have a business center with PC and Internet free of charge!
  We also have wireless internet connection ( W - LAN ).
  
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is on request only, yet no reservation is possible, the parking is on a first come first served basis.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Rhein Main Airport (12 km. only).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is the main Station (50 meters only).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
