• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors and there are 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet and private rooms overlooking the backyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking floors and rooms. Please ask upon reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Opposite the hotel, there is car rental company.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt Rhein-Main International (12 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pickup or shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, just opposite the hotel (50 m).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You may connect your modem in the room so that you may surf the Internet.
