  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price and it is taken around the table d'hôte on the groundfloor near the reception desk.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    A bill can be settled on arrival as long as extras can either be paid on departure or charged to the credit card.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    At the reception following languages are spoken: French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Our hotel has 3 floors and there is no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are private and romantic, the rooms at the back of the house are the most quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The hotel has a small courtyard next to the breakfast room.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Except for the rooms on the 2nd floor the entire hotel is non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have a design television set and we are connected to the cable and therefore offer a wide variety of channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have direct dialing telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is no air conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have an Internet connection, the whole hotel has free Wi-Fi connection, just ask for the code at reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, there is not.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our reception staff will arrange a rent a car for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Brussels International Airport is the nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange for you a pick up service from the airport.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Brussels Central Station is the nearest, from there you can reach in a few minutes Gare du Midi or Gare du Nord.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
