• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An elaborate buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  This option is available for our clients.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our reception staff is multilingual: we speak French, Dutch, English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors and there are 3 guest elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they are not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they are not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  More than 85% of oue rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with TV and most international channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each guest room there are 3 telephones with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the lobby you will find a business centre with 2 computers, complimentary at the disposal of our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool in the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel disposes about an underground garage with over 30 places.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental can be arranged easily as the offices of main rental companies are closeby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Brussels National Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  This service is upon request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Brussels Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome and also get special treatment.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  "Il Cortile" is the Italian styled restaurant at the Jolly Hotel du Grand Sablon. Here we serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  This possibility is available.
