• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival but do not forget to settle all extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 6 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, please ask upon reservations.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room with international channels, movie channels and Pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet terminal in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not, there is no parking in the hotel, but there is a public parking in the Central station, opposite to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the Central station, there are several car rental companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Frankfurt Rhein-Main (FRA). It's about 12 kilometres far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's the Central Station, called "Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof", at 2 minute walking distance from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, if they are house-trained, quiet and present no danger for other guests and employees. However, we regret that it is not allowed to take an animal into the breakfast room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't, but there are several restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, several rooms have a modem connection, but W-LAN is available in the whole hotel.
