Parking is not included in the price and costs a maximum of EUR 25,00 for 24 hours. Baby cots are free of charge. Extra beds are available and cost EUR 35,00 per night for adults, or EUR 15,00 for kids aged from 6 to 13 years. Stay of pets is not included in the price and costs EUR 5,00 per day. Use of the wireless Internet access and of the broad band access in the rooms is included in the price. Use of the Internet point is included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
GENERAL: If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. SPECIAL: For the following dates, cancellation free of charge only up to 64 DAYS before the date of arrival: Octoberfest 16.09.-09.10.2012; Ispo 27.01 - 31.01.2012; Analytica 16.04-20.04.2012. If cancelled later, 80% of the total amount will be charged + prepayment of 50% of total will be made 30 days before arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
