  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is quoted per room and night, including VAT and service charge.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is excluded.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can give 100% deposit for room charge, extras can be settled upon check out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, German, Italian, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 8 floors and 1 lift in the historical Palais, 3 lifts in the modern business wing.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, the Art Nouveau rooms and Junior Suites in our historical Palais are particuliarly nice.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have 189 non smoking rooms. Please ask upon reservation.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all rooms have TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is, in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air conditioning throughout the whole year free of charge - air conditioning can be individually controlled.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have analog or high speed internet access. Internet is also available in our business center.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Frankfurt, please ask our concierge to settle this issue for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Frankfurt Rhein-Main International Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Frankfurt Main Station at only 200 meters from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, there is our White Stone Lounge with sauna, solarium and steam bath.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are (extra cost).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, our restaurant Le Parc offers regional and international cuisine with a French accent.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, rooms have analog or high speed internet access with a "plug and play" solution.
