• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All of our prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included as well as the taxes in the price of the room and it is buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All of our staff speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 6 floors and it is equipped with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms have a charm and private ambient.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our hotel has only 6 rooms with a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our hotel have "non smoking rooms", please refer it in the reservation notes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms are equipped with satellite TV featuring international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our rooms are equipped with an air conditioning and it is free of charge.
