 The Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin is located on Wallstrasse 23-24, in the district Berlin-Mitte, the historical centre of Berlin. Two metro stations, Märkisches Museum and Spittelmarkt, are located at not more than one block from the entrance, both along Wallstrasse. |
Coming by Plane: On your visit to Berlin, you will surely arrive either in Tegel or Tempelhof airports. Tegel can be found 12 kilometres from the Park Plaza Wallstreet, while Tempelhof is a bit nearer. Buses and trains depart from both terminals and will take you really near the hotel.
Coming by Plane+Car:
- Once you leave Tegel Airport, take the A111/E26 highway towards "Dresden/Magdeburg/Leipzig/Zentrum". Then continue along the A100 in the direction of Exit 13. Get off at Exit 8 Kaiserdamm Süd, and already in Berlin, keep on Messedamm street. Turn right at B2/ B5/ Kaiserdamm and at the roundabout Groβer Stern, inside the Tiergarten park, take the first exit. Go along Hofjägerallee and take your left at Tiergartenstraβe, driving along it till the first crossroad. Here, turn right into Ben-Gurion Straβe and then left into B2/ Potsdamer Straβe. After passing Potsdamer Platz, continue along B1, turn right at Fischerinsel and then right again into Wallstraβe, where you will see the peculiar façade of the hotel. (This journey will take around 30 minutes)
- If you arrive at Tempelhof Airport, take the A100 highway and get off at exit 20 towards "Tempelhofer Damm/Tempelhof". Turn right into B96/Tempelhofer Damm towards "Zentrum/Kreuzberg/Tempelhof" and then again into B179/Tempelhofer Ufer. Afterwards, turn left into Prinzenstraβe and then go along Heinrich-Heine Straβe. After a roundabout, you will have to take the first on your left, Annenstraβe, which changes its name to Neue Roβstraβe. The first street that comes into view is Wallstraβe: turn to your left and the Park Plaza Wallstreet will come into view. (This journey will take around 15 minutes)
Coming by Plane+ Local means of transport: The easiest way to reach the Park Plaza Wallstreet from Tegel Airport is to take Bus X9 towards S+U Zoologischer Garten; then get off at Ernst-Reuter Platz and change to the metro (line U12) in the direction S+U Warschauer Straβe. At Gleisdreieck station, change again to line U2 and finally leave the subway at Märkisches Museum, one of the stops near to the hotel. From here, just walk across Fischerinsel street and a few metres ahead, you will find the hotel. (This journey will take you around 45 minutes).
If you have arrived in Tempelhof, take Bus 248 at the terminal, in the direction S+U Alexanderplatz, which will leave you off at Märkisches Museum station. (approx 18 minutes). |
