By Plane
Lisbon - Portela International Airport takes flights from around the world and also handles internal flights. It is linked to the Metro under ground system via shuttle buses that run half hourly to Cais do Sodré Metro station where you can connect to the whole Metro system and over ground system. Oriente station is the nearest over ground station to the airport and is only 1km away. From the airport you can reach Pestana Sintra Golf Resort by taxi or by following the instructions below, it is around 30km away.
By Train
From Lisbon airport take the shuttle bus Carris AeroBus number 91, it departs every 20 minutes to the city centre and takes you to Cais do Sodré railway station. From there take a train to Sintra Station and from there the hotel can arrange pick up or take a taxi and is only 3 kilometres away. Use the Urban train service and there are over 30 services a day running from 5.30am to 9.40 pm.
By Car
From Lisbon international airport, follow the A5 towards Cascais and take the Sintra turning N9. At the roundabout take the Albaraque exit. From there follow the road and the entrance to Pestana Sintra Golf and Beloura Golf is just after the racetrack about 1.5km after that on the left it is. |
