  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The price does not include breakfast. On arrival day we provide a food pack with fresh bread, butter, milk, eggs, mineral water, joghurt, fruit, jam, tea, coffee and sugar.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival but the extras you have to pay on the departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Portuguese, English and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have one floor, so we do not have elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our accommodation are quiet and private.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All our accommodation have terrace or balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All our accommodation have terrace or balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Non smoking apartments are available on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All accommodation have cable TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All accommodation have telephone with direct dialling. On arrival you will receive the phone number of your accommodation, so you can receive direct phone calls.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There in no air conditioning in our apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    You can use Internet at the reception, it is at extra charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a saltwater swimming pool, the pool is open from 10am till 7pm during summer and from 9am till 6pm during winter.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, the parking is available and it is free of charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception, we are working with different rent a car agencies.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Next to the hotel there is a grocery store for the daily necessaries.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Faro Airport (95 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Only on request.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is in Lagos (10 km).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We have two restaurants: Restaurant L'Escargot with mediteranean cuisine and restaurant "A Cabana do Pescador" with grilled specialities.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
