By Plane
Lisbon International Airport accepts all flights from the major International airports and is linked up to the Metro system via the shuttle bus to Cais do Sodré and from there you can connect with all Metro lines and over ground lines in the city. The nearest over ground station is Oriente which is just 1 km away and reachable by taxi. The hotel is around 45 km away so take a train or rent a car and follow instructions as below.
By Train
From Lisbon airport take the shuttle bus service to station Cais do Sodré; there you can connect with the Sado line to Setúbal via boat. From the station Barriero on the Sado line take the train to Setúbal.There are several services leaving throughout the day up to 4pm, the journey is around 4 hours on train.
By Car
From Lisbon airport follow the E1 south until exit 14, and then take the IC17 and then on to the A12. Follow that all the way passed Setúbal that then becomes the N10 and take Avenida República da Guiné-Bissau, At the roundabout, Praça Vitória Futebol Clube, take the 2nd exit Continue along: Praça Vitória Futebol Clube, Turn left: Avenida 22 De Dezembro 0.8 km, Continue along: Avenida Luísa Todi, Turn right: Rua Marques da Costa, Turn left: Rua De São Filipe, Continue along: Estrada do Castelo De São Filipe where the hotel is. You can also follow signs to the Estrada do Castelo De São Filipe. |
