 Quinta das Achadas is a 19th century farmhouse beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, mixing rustic Algarve elegance and modern touches, including country antiques, wood burning fires and beautiful throws. The complex has a lovely subtropical garden with gorgeous almond, figs, and orange trees. |
 Outdoors, you will also find a saltwater swimming pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi. In the area, there's a lovely cabana and an honesty bar with fresh drinks. There's a children's play area as well. Breakfast could be enjoyed in the privacy of your own terrace and includes fresh ingredients such as eggs, breads from the village bakery and homemade preserves made from fruit grown in the garden. |

| Around the farmhouse, guests will find many attractions to do around, including the sea with the lovely beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding. The historical and picturesque town of Lagos, at 7 km from the farmhouse, offers a lot of attractions for its guests. The town has great castle walls, narrow streets, cozy pottery shops and plenty of cafes to sit and relax. The street Rua 25 de abril is perfect for finding the best restaurants. The fortress, the church of Santo Antonio, and the Marina arcade are other nice attractions to visit. Among the most famous beaches, you could find Alvor (in the village of Alvor, with a wide variety of water sports), Praia Dona Ana, and Porto de Mos. |
