 Quinta dos Poetas is a farmhouse with services that you would expect of a city hotel. On the floor below ground level you will find most of the amenities, from the gym -featuring a Jacuzzi- to the meeting room, the laundry and the lounge. At the latter you can spend some leisure time playing games, snooker or watching TV. There is also a restaurant at the property, which opens or lunch and dinner and only closes on Mondays. Here both local and international dishes are offered, being seafood the specialty you should not miss during your stay. |
 As for breakfast, a complete buffet is served every morning with cheese, ham, salami, fruits, normal and cereal bread, bacon and eggs. There is also water, juice, milk, tea and coffee, complimented with normal and chocolate croissants, cereals, honey and regional jams. Quinta dos Poetas has its own swimming pool, open throughout the year, a private parking lot and a small golf course. The reception is open 24 hours a day with staff speaking English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. |

 The owners of Quinta dos Poetas advise their guests to rent a car for their stay, as there is no public transport getting close to the farmhouse. In only 10 minutes you will reach the city of Olhão, an old fishermen`s village with some paradisiacal islands accessible by boat, such as Armona and Fuseta. You could also drive to Moncarapacho, 3 miles away from Olhão: it is a charming little town where the main attraction is a church, Igreja Matriz of Moncarapacho. Its portal is said to be one of the best examples of the Rennaissance style, with outstanding Roman and Gothic features. |
