| Cancellation Policy | |
If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night. Bookings during exhibition periods in Frankfurt are not cancellable after booking. In case of cancellation full stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
