• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are always per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our breakfast buffet is included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Croatian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 6 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms have sound-proof windows and there are also rooms facing the courtyard of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have 4 rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Almost 80% of our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every rooms has its own TV with International channels like: CNN, BBC, Al-Jazeera and ZEE TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with self-dial telephone and personal mailbox.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our business rooms are equipped with self-controlled air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a free of charge Internet terminal in our business center.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  The hotel can arrange a car rental for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) is only 3 blocks away from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra cost).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a Lebanese speciality restaurant in the hotel which is featuring belly dance every Friday and Saturday evening.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms have Ibahn high-speed secure internet access.
