    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price and it is a continental breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, of course.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 5 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, we have several quiet rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of our rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have TV with international channels via satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all the rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the rooms have air conditioning, there is no extra charge for this and it is available through-out the year.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is Wi-Fi access in the hotel lounge and we also have 2 coin operated computers in the hotel lounge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do not have parking, but there are several public parking and garages in the city centre.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception desk, we have several options available for clients.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Oporto Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We have a private limo service to and from the hotel, it is at extra charge and available up to 4 persons.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is São Bento station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is Cafe/Restaurant Guarany.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can, there is Wi-Fi access in each room.
