• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price. Simple and elegant buffet.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, each room has air-conditioning with no extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Portuguese, French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located on ground and first floor, there is not an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are and the rooms overlooking the inner court are in particular quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have TV (Portuguese channels). You can find a TV with international channels in the lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, each room has air-conditioning withouth extra charge and it is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not but barbeque can be arranged in our private and peacefull garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an outdoor swimming pool and it is always open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking nearby the property or you can park your car in front of the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Faro Airport, or in the nearest village Portimão. We can also provide for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are several grocery stores and supermarkets in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Faro International airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Portimão.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a Luxury leisure club 5 minutes away (with Sauna, Turkish Bath, Jacuzzi and heated indoor pool).
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are plenty of restaurants only a few minutes by foot.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
