• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A breakfast buffet, it's included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located on 6 floors and we have 2 elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking and smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is cable television in each room.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our deluxe rooms on the 6th floor have air conditioning and it s free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet terminal at the lobby for free use.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At the Ludwig Erhard House across the street there is a Parking House.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the nearby located shopping center Europacenter.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Berlin Tegel International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Haupbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Our alternative medical practitioner Susanne Reinthal will take care for your physical and mental health by treatments such as reflex zone therapy, ear acupuncture and many more.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is Restaurant Weinrot.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
