• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich breakfast buffet in the Marble Hall or in the Venetian Room is included in the price and daily served until 10 am.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, of course heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, for the room rate. Incidentials are to be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Mainly German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Meierhof building has 3 floors, Schloss Leopoldskron (palace) 4 floors, both including ground floor. Both historic buildings offer elevator and are suitable for disabled persons.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms/suites overlooking the pond Leopoldskron are especially quiet, as well as those with view into the Meierhof courtyard.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided as usual in the bathrooms. Extra large bath towels are not available, since there is no Spa, Wellness or swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have any terrace but there is the Meierhof courtyard (adjoining building to the palace).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, most of the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling phone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, the buildings are protected monuments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, full or half board is only available for groups of minimum 20 people (no restaurant, but recommendations for locations in the old town of Salzburg).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there are several terminals in the Vilar Center (Meierhof) as well as in the historical library in the palace. Usage is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, not on the grounds of Schloss Leopoldskron. But the largest open-air swimming pool of Salzburg is right next to the palace.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking of about 40 spaces on the grounds.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our reception will recommend you several local car rental services and locations in Salzburg.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Salzburg Airport, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (5 kilometers away)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service,
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) is 3,5 kilometers away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, a small one for up to 4 people. But most of our guests prefer walking or jogging around the pond Leopoldskron.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, animals are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, for individual guests we only offer "bed & breakfast". Full or half board is available for groups of min. 20 people.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  W-LAN is provided in every room, direct connection for modems only partially.
