• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per person per day!
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The prices are including a large breakfast-buffet and evening-dinner.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We require a deposit of Euro 400,- within a week, after we have confirmed the reservation. The remaing amount can be paid on the departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and we offer an elevator for our guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We offer our rooms/apartements with balcony or panoramic window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We offer TV in all our rooms with cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are telephones with direct dialling in our rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not offer air conditionning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We offer a swimming pool from July 2007 on.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We offer a parking garage free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Kitzbühel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Salzburg is the nearest airport to Kitzbühel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize transfers from the airport to our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm (right next to our hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We offer a fitness room and a wellness-area with sauna, bio-sauna, steambath and massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs are allowed in our hotel and in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
