  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet breakfast is served at Porto Novo Restaurant and it is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, and the extras needs to be settle at the Check-Out Time.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Our hotel is an emblematic 12-storey building with 6 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Situated on the top floor, and with a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view over the city, Club Lounge is a space reserved for our guests staying on the "Club Level". In this exclusive place you can enjoy a buffet breakfast with personalized service, with the city at your feet. Relax or work all day long here, and at the end of the afternoon our General Manager will be delighted to offer you a cocktail.
    Our Spa has a double suite specially prepared for treatments which take a holistic approach, caring for the face and body but without neglecting the inner well-being. Please contact with The Spa for further information about our Suite Vip Romantic packages.

    Only our Junior Suites have a balcony, located on the 12th Floor.

    Yes, Non-smoking floors available on the 3rd, 7th, 8th and 10th floors.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all the rooms have cable channels.
