• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionists speak Slovene, English, German, Croatian and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in our hotel and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are romantic rooms with a view of the lake and Julian Alps.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a sat TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point (free of charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking in the front of the cable car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the shopping center in Bled - 30 km from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Brnik-Ljubljana Airport, which is about 70 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have, but you have to pay extra for it.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Bohinjska Bistrica, 10 km from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not. There is only a sauna in our hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only on request and with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
