Reservations confirmed by credit card can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours prior to arrival day ( i.e. until 06.00 p.m. on the day prior to the arrival day) In case of no show the hotel will charge the full room rate for the total.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
