• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is served with full of fresh and natural products.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and Flamish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 10 floors and we have a lift facility.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms on the rear side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 80% of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are 100 percent non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite flat screen TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available in the south side rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, There is an Internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking of 12 posts is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The staff will arrange the service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Brussels National is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Brussels Central Station is the closest railway station at only 500 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property but many spas are nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunately pets are not accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the hotel but a lounge bar.The neighborhood nearby is full of restaurants and brasseries.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The rooms are all equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
