• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The room rate includes our rich buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but all extras, such as minibar, telephone or Pay TV must be paid upon departure.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located on 6 floors, there is 1 elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are some quiet rooms on the backside of the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The Townhouse hotel has 15 non smoking-rooms. Please ask upon reservation if you want one of those.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in all hotel rooms (cable TV, pay TV, few international channels).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Townhouse hotel does not have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not, but there is a public parking garage (200 metres).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental offices are in the main railway station, about 200 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt - Rhein Main Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets only are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a data port on the telephone to connect directly, wireless LAN is available in all rooms, too.
