• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the rates.
  Breakfast is served in our Restaurant "Bodega del Sol" where we offer a varied choice of cold and warm food.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the roomrate on arrival, provided that all extras are settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Spanish, Polish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 2 guest elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do have rooms which are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of the rooms are non smoking. Please ask at booking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air-conditioning all year around at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have Internet access. In addition, there is a business center inside the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking deck and a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All around Frankfurt you can rent a car. Our reception will help you with all important telephon numbers.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Frankfurt International Airport at 12km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do have a little fitness area with 2 cardio machines, sauna and Solarium.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Restaurant "Bodega del Sol" proposes Spanish specialties, like Tapas and wine but we also offer an international selection on meals and drinks.
  In the restaurant we serve breakfast, luncheon and dinner. We also have a nice bar, where we offer cold drinks, homemade tapas and draught Spanish beer.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
