• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per property per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No - it's an option.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italiano, Slovenski, Hrvatski.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 - no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Master suit has a big partialy covered terace with an outside open fireplace. The ground floor room has direct access to the pool area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There's a bigscreen TV with SAT in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We provide a villa mobile phone for local use free of charge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  AC is not yet installed... but is not essential.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there's a big dinning room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes... for the summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking for 5 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or in local tourist agencies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes... a grocery store is less then a 100m away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pula and Trieste.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buzet and Pazin.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No... catering can be arranged and a fine restaurant is a 100m away.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the present moment.
