The Villa is located on the hillside of medieval Motovun on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. A golf course, natural spring wellness and spa, horseback riding and a international film festival are just 5 min away. Great restaurants, taverns, vineries, cafes and shops are all around the villa within a short walking distance. The Adriatic coast is 20min away with the beaches and tourist towns of Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad... 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national natural park. You can even get to Porec on a mountain bike track that runs just under the estate. From Porec you can make a boat trip to Venice. Just over the border a 30min car drive is the city of Trieste with great shopping. |
| In general: If you are flying in the closest airport is Pula 65km away. A meet and greet at the airport can be aranged. A car hire is higly recomended alltough is not imperative. The closest Train station is in Buzet and theres a bus line to Motovun from Pazin. If you are driving Motovun is very easy to find just follow the signs leading to Motovun from Pazin, Buzet or Porec. From Pula airport you should go on the fast road to Rijeka... get off on Pazin zapad (Pazin west) then follow the signs to Porec and Motovun. Once you are in Motovun from wich ever direction you will enter the Kanal street... and the villa is at Canal street no. 12. |
